We had a very positive experience working with Kristi. She was very professional, and a very upbeat and positive person to spend a lot of time with. She took time, before ever showing us a property, to sit down and find out what our needs and desires were as we looked to relocate. We've worked with realtors in the past who didn't do that and then hit you with all kinds of "let me show you this one" properties that aren't remotely close to what you said you were looking for. Kristi was also a realist when it came to marketing and pricing the home we wanted to move out of. She helped us stage the home well and held some very active open houses. We had to be a little patient, but as neighbors around us were dropping their prices, we held steady and wound up getting what we expected/needed out of the house to move on. We love everything about our new home, which unfortunately means we hopefully won't be looking for a realtor for another 25-30 years. In the interim, we'll just have to keep Kristi and her family as close friends. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kristi helped me sell and buy a home. I had committed to her to help me sell my home, but she was terrific throughout the process so I chose her to help me purchase my dream home.
